As an environmentally conscious Australian, it was reassuring to see their commitment to utilizing local, sustainable ingredients in their menu.One evening, we ventured to Sushi Yah Man, a short 0.45 kilometers from the hotel, for a taste of Japan by the beach. The freshness of the seafood and the precision in their sushi preparation left a lasting impression on my discerning palate. Mr Drifter, just 0.40 kilometers away, presented a fusion of flavors that showcased the region's culinary diversity.
